“YOU HAVE SOME GALL”

My husband has alzhimers and was seated separate from me on our flight guplya and yet there were seats available next to each other on both journeys... Going out i had to pay £20. 40 and returning i had to pay £10. 00 to change seats... We are pensioners... I will never fly with your airline again and i will tell everyone i know and dont know on facebook... I dread to think the state my husband would be in if i left him alone to say nothing of whoever sat next to him... They would definatly be in danger of haveing hot coffee poured on them at the very least because he needs constant care... But you dont employ anyone that cares. Do you? If i had known of these additional cost i most definatly would not have travelled with you and, i wont again, you are a bunch of inconciderate clowns and you should be refunding my money....
