“Horrible treatment. Better off going on your own!”

My wife and I booked a trip with Premium to Windsor Castle, Bath and Stonehenge thinking it would be easier considering we had our 15 month daughter with us. Boy were we wrong.

At the first stop the tour guid left us at the bus and was no were to be found. As we made our way to the entrance of the castle we were asked for our tickets. As the tour guide failed to hand out the tickets we had no choice but to pay.

After exploring the castle we made our way back to the bus. We found the guided and asked what the appropriate protocol was. She immediately got defensive and bombarded us with questions, "why didn't to find me in the que", "why did you listen to the castle staff", etc. She offered to call Premium and make up a story that our baby had an emergency to get us a refund. I didn't like the idea because it wasn't true but said ok. She came back after talkingnand said they would not refund us for the Windsor Castle admission that we paid twice for.

After emailing customer service they also refused to refund us for the amount they charged us for the entrance.

Had we taken public transportation we could have saved money and not have to worry about being abandoned and charged for a ticket that was unusable.

In highly recommend not using this company and having the confidence to see these sights with out them.
