“Less Than 1 Star!”

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would
Used to love CutesyKink, never had trouble with them until now
Terrible customer service from the owner, they sent me the wrong item and told me that it was strange as so many others had received the right one? But that if I REALLY had a problem I could send it back
Sent the order back, paying for postage myself (even though they sent ME the wrong item) and was refused a refund because the outfit was "worn" (read 'tried on for size') socks somehow "laddered" and the wig smelled weird to them?

After leaving a bad review on their FB page they argued with me, blocked me from the page and have since turned off their visitor post section.

I had to open a PayPal dispute (thank god for PayPal) just to get my money back and easily won the dispute as they didn't bother to defend themselves!

Items appear to be just overpriced stuff from places like Aliexpress anyway so no big loss there.
