“Poor customer service ”

I own a Nissan Juke, I paid for the car out right and from then on suffered with endless problems, one of which was the turbo which had to be replaced 2 weeks after buying the car. These things of course can happen but it's the way in which the problems have been dealt with.
Extended warranty was taken out with the vehicle, but each time a problem has occurred the branch at pennywell road have always claimed that the issues were not covered under the warranty, it has taken time and endless discussions with other persons to rectify these problems and on occasions I have been given case workers to sort the issues.
The customer service I have recieved at pennywell road was nothing but poor, a certain manager was patronising and rude and refused to answer questions that I asked.
