I sent my htc one back they offered me £100 before I sent it back, once they received the phone they offered me via email £50 they said there was marks on the phone and it losses charge very quick, there's no marks on the phone it doesn't lose charge I obviously refused there offer, asked them to send the phone back, they sent me an email on the Wednesday giving me the payment details I paid it online £4.40 I sent them a email on Thursday saying I've paid it can they please return my phone it's now Friday, no phone has arrived and no email saying when it will be returned Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY
