“Great Product, ok support”

I have purchased many softwares on my trading journey over the years. Some good, some really bad. I stumbled across Dynamite Indicators at a trade shown in Feb. They had some great ideas about why traders are failing with trading software and they didn't market me or tell me their software was magic. So in March I purchased their software package and I must say its really helping. It has got me into some great trades. When it comes to support they are a little slow, I think it took about 4 hours to get a reply to my last ticket, though once they did reply the support went fine and my problem was resolved. I go to their weekly webinars sometimes which are quite repetitive, I guess thats the point really. Overall I am happy.
