“Terrible experience and will be avoiding from now on!!”

I've been paying monthly for my phone insurance and when I come to claim on it they completely mess me around! From the repair down to the postage. The communication is shocking and I am so angry with how I've been treated, everyone who I spoke to was very patronising and wouldn't let my opinion seem valid. I was transferred numerous times and had to explain my situation each time to then be transferred again although I had called the right number in the first place, I was also told I had no insurance on my phone and it was a laptop and I then had to fight my battle for them to find out it actually was an iPhone. I am very unhappy and as soon as I receive my phone back from them after having to send it off for the second time as they hadn't repaired it correctly in the first place and also replaced my screen with a fake apple screen, I am cancelling my insurance and finding someone else because they just treat me like rubbish and tell me there are no other options which I know is a lie!!
