“Waiting months for partial refund ”

Had to partial cancel flights in Feb 17. Promised derisory refund of £91. Despite 4 calls to useless customer services, still no refund nearly 4 mths later. Today promised - 15 days madam 15 days. Then backtracked and said they couldn't promise even that. And they take admin fees too! For what? Taking your money? Useless bunch. No way of speaking to anyone in management. They can take your payment in seconds but allegedly can't refund you for months as they 'need to check their details' . Worst company I have ever dealt with. Avoid st all costs.
