Wont setup a direct debit when they open a new account if you have moved into a property already supplied by them. After I setup and account with them I kept an eye on the online account and made debit card payments (that are charged extra) after checking my bills that were estimated and in the third month after i realised i was over due tried to raise a complaint and get a direct debit setup. They did not take payments that month as due to their slow processing of requests it took about a month for direct debit to be in place. 2 months later today i have realised that my credit report is showing more han 2 month of late payment even though for the last 2 months isupply hay taken direct debit payemnts of amount they have decided on their own. Hence i can only assume they are sending incorrect info to credit agencies as their account systems are inaccurate. I have been with a number of enery suppliers and isupply has beeen the worst in terms of their website, billing systems and speed of service which in this occasion has cost me dearly - avoid at all costs.
