“wanted to charge me for a 15 mile recovery !!!”

Been with this company for 4 years and never used it, but when I needed a recovery only 15 miles away from home, they said I would have to pay for about a third of the charges!!!!!!
Doesnt say that on their website !!
WHAT'S THE POINT???
Told them not to bother.
luckily one of the passengers had recovery on their bank account, and we used that.
