“Would not tell the truth about delivery of itemd”

Order of Tekken signed comic.

I was told both via email AND by phone that my order was priority shipped yesterday via DPD, yet it still says in my account awaiting stock. Can someone please tell me the truth about what is going on as I spoke to 4 people on your helpline AND was told via email that you have them. I desperately need and still want this order and would appreciate being told the truth rather than constantly being told it will ship that day.

Furthermore despite being told that the signing event that occurred in bristol had nothing to do with my order and that my order would come from the suppliers, I am NOW being told that that was in fact a lie and my order will be from the bristol store event that took place on the 11th (I made my preorder on the 3rd). I and my family have been loyal customers for some time now and am appalled by this poor standard of customer care, we will be cancelling our other pre orders and subscription orders and looking to independent comic stores in future.
