“Don't touch them”

Insurance was cancelled by them after they failed to call me back to update my employment details. Their customer services operative was supposed to get back to me to discuss a job title change as I had called close to his work day ending. he didn't bother and the next thing I now they have cancelled my policy and are trying to charge me a full years premium. When phoning to resolve and question why I was never called back I am informed by another operative that it's all my fault. Not sure what processes and procedures these people follow but clearly the customer is not that important to them. if you happen to have a job title or work in a business sector that doesn't happen to match their database exactly stay away.
