I order a Mondraker Ventura over 4 weeks ago from Evans, I am still awaiting delivery. I am sent many emails requesting a delivery date but i just get a standard reply, its not in stock once in standard 5 to 7 days build time to apply. Some emails I have had no reply to. I am so fed up with it I cancelled the ordered today.



I have found a alternative supplier who can do a 2 day delivery at no extra cost. I will never be using evans again, worst customer service ever.
