The worst of the worst as far as internet shopping. I ordered a pair of triathlon cycling shoes online from them because of te low price and free shipping. They arrived in a decent amount of time, however I received 2 left shoes of different sizes. They would not ship out new shoes desite their error, until I shipped them back at a cost of $38 to me. The shoes finally made it back to the UK (I'm in the US) and I didn't hear anything from them for a week. I finally called and got to talk to a representative (long distance charges included) who quickly remedied the situation and upgraded me to the newer model with fast shipping. I was very happy...until the shoes arrived. The shipped some weird looking skateboarding or BMX shoes! Unbelievable! Do not waste your time trying to save money with this company.
