“Incorrect fitting by accredited engineer”

Boiler 38dci fitted 4.5 years ago still under warranty. After 4 visits by WB engineers they eventually all agreed it was an incorrectly fitted condensation drain pipe that was causing a water backup and an EA code which cuts out the boiler. I cantacted the accredited WB fitter to be told work only guaranteed for 12 months. I explained the wrong diameter pipe was incorrectly fitted from new. Response was, you must pay for a call out to rectify the fault. I am the customer who paid good money and has been left with an incorrectly fitted boiler which does not function correctly. I hope WB can help. Over to you WB.
