Evans has a new ordering and stock control system. Their staff don't seem to understand it and it doesnt work. I didnt receive the things I ordered in spite of paying extra for a Saturday delivery and phoning to double check on Friday that my order would be despatched. Result of this cock-up, a day wasted waiting for an order that never arrived and a cancelled cycling holiday as I didn't have the things I needed. Worst thing is the manager promised to investigate and phone me back. Still waiting 3 weeks later. I also haven't received a reply to my letter of complaint sent a fortnight ago.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They are disorganised, inefficient and dont appear to care about customer service.
