“Poor Service”

I booked initially with this company once and it was a good experience as I didn't have any questions and the booking when through was planned. The second time I booked, they charged my credit card and I decided not to go, so cancelled the booking at it took almost a month to get my money back. I called their office several times about the cancellation. Was told once money was being refunded. Second time I was told they needed my bank statement sent to them to see the charge, shouldn't you have all that info as you booked the trip? I'm not sending my bank statement to a strange company. I had to dispute the charge and they ended up giving me a refund almost a month later.
