“Awful customer service”

About a month ago I had 2 orders from Quiz website delivered. Each of them missed 3 items which somehow were omitted and not present in the delivered boxes.
I have reported it to the customer services and initially was promised that it was going to be dealt with quickly. It has been a month since there. I still have not received the refund for the goods I have paid for but have never received. The customer services have not been responding to any of my recent enquirers, they completely ignore my emails and keep me in the dark in terms what is going to happen.
Basically if your order is incomplete (which with Quiz does happen very often) they will do nothing to rectify your mistake and you will be left short of your own money.
Very disappointing, appalling and concerning type of the customer service and in the future I do not think I will trust them as once you paid them your money you might not ever get it back nor the goods you actually paid for.
And that is how they treat their loyal customers :-(
