I bought a sale bike at the end of summer online but there was no suggestion of it being 'shop soiled'. When it arrived I found that it had damaged paintwork which they had 'repaired' with a crude daub of the wrong shade of paint which had then run down the frame. They agreed to take the bike back but their courier kept failing to arrive after I had waited in.
