Bad Points
Not available to buy online from new site design (from September 08 at least). System to pay by credit card appears not to be working.

When ordering by phone to VAT-free country VAT is included to invoice.

Do not seem to ship international orders for free as stated on website.

General Comments
Evans Cycles were very friendly both on email and on phone, fast reply for all questions, very high after sale support level.



Very friendly and pleasure to deal with, but bad points are too serious for me. If they fix payment system it will be really great online store.
