I consumed 4 boxes + a box or acai berry (bonus for purchasing 4 boxes of proactol) over a period of 4 months. No sight of weightloss. To apply for a refund, I returned (air mail from Singapore to UK) the 4 boxes and empty blisters for refund. The application was rejected. Reason - I did not include the box and empty blisters for the acai berry and did not call their customer service for support. On their customer service - it sucks. As I do not reside in the UK, it is not cost efficient for me to call them. I had written several emails to them but there was not a single reply.



On my latest call to them to enquire on my application for fund status.....the call centre staff said he would forward my message to another to consider my request and would have the person return my call. This is the 3rd day since the call.....and no call from proactol. The experience I had makes me form the belief that proactol 'guarantee refund' is a trap.
