General Comments
The level of customer service, if not so serious, would be considered comical; Fawlty Towers is alive and kicking.

This was Booked as a Birthday Present,

We were told there were garden views; it was in the basement below ground level.

There were cigarette burns all over the bed cover,

The bed was booked as a King Size but was two singles pushed together.

There was an air conditioning unit outside of the window that clancked and clonked and ran constantly, (don't expect any sleep)

There were doors leading to an external stair well, these were only secured by a single bolt at the top of the doors, at the bottom of the doors there was a 30 mm gap. Anyone could have opened these from the outside.

They list room features to include,

Wide screen televisions, (they were distinctly square)

Satellite Television, when asked what Satellite channels they had we were told, 'none just the free Digital ones'.

When we asked to speak to the duty manager it took him 45 minutes to come to the room. The problems had not been conveyed to him and we had to explain ourselves again.

There was a distinct language barrier, something you expect when travelling abroad but not in your own Capital City. (They made Manwell look good)

If you are as foolish as we were and try to lease with the customer service department Good Luck!!!

They failed to reply to any phone calls and it took a week to get a reply on email.

They are not interested in the slightest
