Good Points
Fairly good , wide selection of plants and garden features.

Bad Points
No inside toilet ,(they moved it outside!!). Cafe very poor for disability access.

General Comments
Hayes Garden World seems to me to be expensive when compared to other garden centres. The standards in my opinion, have slipped when comparing the centre to how it was. Moving the toilet from inside the centre to outside and a fair distance away was not a good move particularly for the disabled and cafe users.
