Steer well clear of this travel company. They are inneffective in getting travel documents to you and when you do get them they are incorrect. Any calls are directed to a premium rate phone number (avoid by calling 01582 798306). On arrival there was no-one to collect us though transfer was paid for and no mention of extra charge for baggage. Response to complain took four months and then only to deny all responsibility.
