Good Points
The application was processed over the telephone within minutes, and the Bank of Scotland offered to courier the cheque the same day. The staff were helpful, friendly, polite and well-informed.

General Comments
I was pleasantly surprised at the service offered by the Bank of Scotland. Low interest rates, efficient and speedy service and friendly staff made dealing with the bank easy. A follow up courtesy call was made with equal standards of service. Used to dealing with poorly trained staff or automated machines, I was impressed by the Bank of Scotland and would recommend them to anyone. An initial payment holiday which left me with extra cash for the summer was the icing on the cake.
