I have ordered in the past from this website and everything has arrived as promised. The issue is when things go wrong....as they do....the customer service is not good...I recommend before you order check you can actually get in touch with them if things go wrong - try sending them a test email on their contact us button - it doesn't work. Put a post on facebook asking them to confirm the email address - they will not - they ask for your email address. I ordered my sons toys on the 20/07/2014 and it is now the 09/08/2014 and nothing, his birthday has passed we have had to spend more money buying him a present to open on his birthday. I will keep you posted but so far not good.

I ordered a super grafix for collection and was emailed the it would be available within 30 mins or delivered to store within 1-3 working days. A week later nothing had happened so I phoned only yo be told that the item was out of stock. It is still shown as available on the web site. I have since missed other opportunities to but this item elsewhere and it is now out of stock everywhere. A child's Christmas has been ruined by the incompetence of this store. DO NOT TRUST!!!!!!!

Received the item in one business day, actually to be exact 18 hours from when I placed the order. The shipping was also free on the order so this was just an extra bonus on a bonus.
