Great customer service, everything was easily explained, paperwork, the internet, phone calls all dealt with smoothly and The We Reclaim team genuinely seem to want to help and make the process a pleasant one. The initial contact process and the filling in of many forms giving the authorisations to act was easier than we anticipated as the We Reclaim team were quick to advise and assist. When further forms were needed they were with you very quickly and when the text/ telephone updates with the team who were working for you was also very prompt and helpful. Getting the letters from the providers who owed you money, followed by the cheques was a genuinely joyful experience. Then We Reclaim would send out the invoice for payment always waiting on funds clearing our bank account, this would then be paid online and we always received a cheerful confirmation that the invoice had been paid and a thank you.
Thanks very much for doing an outstanding job recovering thousands of pounds for my wife and I, just brilliant!
