“Terrible customer service in High Wycombe branch of Aldi”

There is a member of staff so rude in the High Wycombe branch that I will never visit again.I used to buy all my shopping in there.
The staff member refused to change the oranges that I had bought earlier even though I had the receipt.and told me I should have noticed before I left.
She raised her voice to me as well, to almost to a shout, not just once either.

I am really shocked that staff in Aldi are allowed to behave that way.
So many shops nowadays give excellent customer service.
I am 66 years old and never have I been treated badly in a shop before.

I cant be the first person this has happened to, but they don't seem to care.
