I decided to try Idrive cloud storage so i signed up to the free 5Gb storage it seemed to work fine and suited what i was looking for,so i brought a subscription.
Well what can i say when i was uploading it,It stopped at just beyond 5Gb,i tried a few times but always the same result,so i decided to cancel my account.The account cancelled fine and when i processed this it said that i qualify for a refund as you have cancelled within the time period.This refund didn't occur,i contacted IDrive via E-Mail and they responded 3 weeks later.They replied that i had brought it from a APP Store so they have to carry out the refund.I contacted Play Store and they informed me that after 2 weeks has passed the company has to action the refund.I contacted IDrive again but yet still waiting for a response.
