I have owned my 250 mp3 for 3 years now and it is my only form of transport and herein is the problem it is so unreliable. During the last year I have had to take the bus at least once a week in 18 of those weeks. I have had it serviced every 6 months but still it is in the garage at least once a month. I have spent £1500 in 12 months and the year before was no better. Batteries are lasting on average 6 months (yes the very reputable dealer has checked for faults). I have replaced the back disc (warped) the indicator toggle switched (failed), the suspension lock switch (failed), the seat sensor (failed), both front rims have corroded causing tyres to deflated. The exhaust bracket corroded, and the hand brake sticks on.
On the positive side I love the way it rides although the small wheels can get stuck in grooves in the road.
However my patience has finally snapped I got it back from the garage on Saturday for the battery to fail on Sunday (new in August).
I am off this weekend to buy something else (the dealers not so keen to take it in px)
