Ordered a chaise two months ago. They tried to deliver a sofa last week. I would not accept it and argued with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The call, which I made, got cut off! After almost two hours of hostile customer services, where they told me what was delivered was what I ordered, I decided to call my card provider to stop the payment. The customer service person told me I had to email them or send a letter cancelling the order and I would be charged for the cancellation. I told them not to hold their breath. I can see this ending up in court!
