Quote me happy use carpenters to deal with legal element of claims
Chimney fell on my car whilst parked up I got all information for the reports from police and fire brigade yet since 3.1.16 have kept telling me no point in trying to win as a storm caused it
Had I or another passer by been in the same spot death would have been definite.
I have not heard from Carpenters or Quote me happy insurance for about six months, no fault accident, car repaired but cost me £300 excess
Written that off but advice to anybody, never use carpenters for anything and don't use quote me happy car insurance as they don't reply either
Should be removed from any legal body as they are falsely advertising. Absolute Rubbish and a disgrace to their alleged profession
