Hired a Budget car through Ryan Air.com for 116 euros On arrival at Malaga Airport took ticket and waited 45 mins to be seen. Handed over my Voucher only to be told it did not include Insurance. I said it does include Insurance. I was then informed that had I booked direct through Budget the car would have been Insured for the amount of money but since I had done it through Ryan air the vehicle would not cost me 247.45E for 7 days collision damage waiver and an extra 56.21E for theft protection and a further 58.07E for the Airport surcharge. E538.72 total then my voucher of 116.15 was deducted. Imagine my horror to discover that the car hire which originally was going to cost for an insured third party plus collision damage for 116 was now billed at 538.72........... BE WARNED.
