Paid Dixons to install new washing machine came home tonight to find my kitchen flooded. Phoned them, no apology what so ever just fobbed me onto the main manufacturer ,which then manufacturer fobbed me back over to dixons, Spoke to dixons again who were extremely rude on the phone, very "bully like" customer service operators. I am 26yrs old and have to say i was able to deal with the phone call, as have had years my self in customer service so know what to say but i feel very sorry for older people who may struggle with dealing with such rudeness on the phone as they are very well trained to make you feel you are to blame.
I have them collecting the item for full refund once the engineer has confirmed broken-then removal And I will never ever use dixons again.
