Changed to Autoaid after 15years or so of paying our joint AA membership which was getting out of hand.. Wife and I both have new cars that if they do break down are not likely to be fixable at the roadside so need to be towed home or wherever or fixed. 1st time used Autoaid, called them and they sent a local garage in 25 minutes. Mechanic said alternator expired so loaded my chevrolet and caravan on recovery truck and took us straight home. Could not have been a nicer experience considering.. Was handed a bill for £ 146 from recovery company and sent it off to Autoaid.. received a cheque within 10 days. ZERO problems. Reading some of the bad reviews here.. What on earth to people want?? Most of their problems are not Autoaids fault by the sound of it... and would be the same whoever they were with. My experience with them was faultless.
