I paid them on 13th feb, 2 days later received a message saying they cannot find the code for my blackberry. Never heard from them again, though I wrote to them demanding a refund. Though their website guaranteed a refund if they are unable to provide an unlock code, they do nothing of the sort. They just disappear. DO NOT USE THEM. Another site (unfortunately I used them too- was desperate)is My BB is still locked.
