Good Points
Quiet and efficient.
Cost me more gas $$$ crossing Wyoming & Montana from the BMW rally in Gillette due to speeds about 10 mph faster than arriving with the HJC Symax. Haa! I can live with that.

Bad Points
Fogging from nose breathing; should have molded nose coverage.

General Comments
I've had the HJC Symax triple X for years, the only helmet I could ever find to fit. I'd had to sandpaper a bit of the styro to fit the point on my head. This double X Shoei fit right from the get go, except around the nose seal. And you got to spend money at a rally, right?
Came home with the HJC Symax bungeed on the back. The woweee Shoei is so much quieter, stable. I got a quick connect added to the strap, same set up as the old HJC which I'll use around town and keep the Shoei for what it's really good at - long distance comfort and stability.
$399 from a vendor and no taxes at the rally.
