on a recent trip to the USA - be nice to attend an NFL game .. i thought the tickets "shown" on the website were available... selected tickets, ordered and had them shipped to where i was staying. Contacted later, tickets were NOT available, switched with "close" to same. Fair enuf... FedEx to hotel by noon next day ... No tickets .. contaced Vivid -- "O, those seats are not available" ..OMG !! when were you going to tell me THAT?? THEN i had to meet the vendor at the stadium - i'm feeling uneasy (6 tix - $1000...) - KUDOS to the vendor, i talked to him via cell phone, he did everything we asked and i felt a lot more at ease ..these guys have some serious communincation issues !!!
