Good Points
Seems to pick up threats on a regular basis.

Bad Points
Not at all reliable. Today will be about the 3/4 time I have had to contact technical support and again (3rd time) I have to uninstall the software and re install it. In the meantime I am not sure how much, if any protection I have from F Secure.

Support website is very poor and not at all helpful. If you try and use it you end up going around in a circle of other pages and back where you started and then have to email technical support.

Technical support can take time to respond, presumably they are a busy department.

General Comments
Licence expires February of next year but may dump it and go back to AVG which I found to be very reliable compared to F Secure.



Could not recommend this product to others.
