“I paid £3 for an 'instant unlock code' for a Samsung...”

written by on 10/09/2009

I paid £3 for an 'instant unlock code' for a Samsung SGH600 from Ecompserv, all I received is an automated response with a message 'Click Here for Unlock code' and all that does is to take me to a series of web pages advertising companies that sell unlock codes - no actual unlock code, instantly, as the information pre-paying has you believe. My credit card was debited. I asked for help via the on-line customer support centre and via the phone - Only getting an answerphone message via phone & no response from the professional looking customer support page. They've got my money & I've got nothing in return & no apparent way of dealing with it. Do not use them is my recommendation - there are plenty of other companies doing this kind of thing.
