“I have never been more frustrated than I have been...”

I have never been more frustrated than I have been with Books for Children by Books Direct. Despite having bought five books as agreed initially and having paid off the outstanding balance, I was told that I couldn't close my account. According to them, two of those books did not count towards the five...they only agreed to close it when they knew I wasn't going to have anymore nonsense. I have been charged for postage and late payment without giving information prior to ordering. I am considering making a formal complaint.
