After reading the comments on plumbworlds review site I wondered if it was the same company! I found their web site easy to use (with a contact address and telephone number!) and the technical information given invaluable. The goods arrived well packaged and on the correct delivery date. The toilet seat was very easy to fit with clear instructions and the self closing mechanism works to perfection. I even received an after sales email. I would definitely recommend them.
