Good Points
Lots of neat features and really nice spam filter.
Bad Points
The 24/7 support can be rude at times and when dealing with an issue, they keep saying call them even though I keep getting Voicemail (and they wont call me, I have to do the phoning). There are features that do not always work for me.
General Comments
I've been using fuse mail for about 4 months now, and have had non stop issues with the services outside e-mail, e-mail works great, its just all the other services that dont work. mainly the addressbook/calendar/tasks sync tools, LDAP services and even the "fuse" services for combining multiple accounts they boast about are intermittent at best in my experience.
