Customer service is totally abysmal
General Comments
I signed up to Setanta Sports in November 2008 using a CAM plug in. After 11 seperate attempts on the phone with Setanta trying to get it to work, I returned the CAM and card, and requested they reimburse me for the cost of the CAM and subscription. To date after eight calls to their office in Glasgow and head office, I am still waiting for refund. They do not even have the decency to contact me to say what their problem is.
