Good Points
It seems to work faster than gum etc, and relief from craving is actually noticeable, although not as effective as smoking. I relapsed once, due to not using the indicated amounts, but on second attempt it worked better. another plus is that no one has to know you are using it. It is sometimes embarrassing to admit you are "on the gum"
Bad Points
It dries out your mouth and lips, so keep water and lip balm handy. I also found it hard to reduce intake (in fact, im still using it after 4 months, but ill take the risk above that of smoking any day!)
General Comments
Don't waste time with gum, patch etc. This works. Endure the dry mouth (Im not kidding - really DRY:) and take care not to get hooked on the cure. (I'm a hypocrite I know...)
