Used them once last year, there was a slight delay, but in the end the flowers were received and well liked.
Sent a 70' bunch of flowers to the same person again this year (Paris). I ordered them on 29 December to be delivered on 30 December. Floraqueen confirmed delivery on 31 December. It's now 5 January and nothing has been delivered.
Apparently the florest telephoned and left a message (there was no message on the answer phone) and this equates to "flowers delivered" on the Floraqueen website.
When you send flowers you are paying for the flowers (obviously) and you are also paying for a "courier" service which has a "contract" to deliver the flowers in good condition on the date. Even the standard postal service leave a note if they can't deliver a parcel. A courier will try, and the try again leaving note after note.
Floraqueen don't seem to bother with all this note leaving business, with them it's just a phonecall, then if you don't call them back then it's your problem, nothing to do with them!
I will never use this service again and I shall be posting a formal complaint with Paypal.
Just sorry I didn't check out this site before ordering the flowers.
