Good Points
The flowers were delivered!

Bad Points
The flowers delivered were completely unlike the ones ordered on the website! Instead of a luxurious bouquet that cost 68 Euros there were a couple of flowers with some green shoots - not worth more than 15 euros.

General Comments
I found the customer service poor and they didnt take my complaints seriously. I couldn't even find an email address of someone you can address complaints to (just a web form). Perhaps my experience was unlucky, but I wouldn't order from them again. In reply to my complaint they even offered 10% discount off my next order! There are better companies around e.g. Interflora.
