i ordered 2 belts, one for a freinds bday and one for myself 2 months ago
after a few weeks i started to wonder why i hadnt recieved my items yet.
i emailed them, only to be told they dont have any in stock, slightly peeved that they didnt have this info on teh site iteself but hey, i thought whatever.
i was then emailed every week for 4 weeks, saying " your item will arrive next week" untill i finally was told that they was not recieving this in stock yet (however, 2 weeks later the items i did buy are still available on the site. i requested a refund which (after 2 days) i recieved an email informing me id get my refund in the next 48 hours, its been 6 days and i still have not had my refund.
this company is HORRIBLE, the customer service was unfreindly and made me feel like a bother rather than a customer..
