I can honestly say from my experience, there are no bad points!

General Comments
When I contacted the customer service the phone was answered quickly; which is always a plus! I spoke with an extremely helpful employee, I explained my situation to her (I was using another company for hosting) she checked into things for me and advised what to do. There was no hard sell. I then spoke to someone else (he had been updated by Laura in case she was not available when I called back) so he knew the situation. I placed the order; everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. I was sold on these people on that fact that I could speak to someone who didn't baffle me with jargon, was very professional and extremely helpful. You can have a good product, but if the customer service is not there I wouldn't bother. The fact that they then called me to ensure everything is ok and will do this periodically is wonderful! I would recommend this company to anyone, novices like myself or professionals!
