Brought this model new in 2008, at first all was well, but within the first year, it iced up and the fridge was no longer cold, phoned samsung, who had it all sorted out within three days, but just three months later we had the same thing happen, again phoned samsung and got it all sorted, but then just two months later it happened again, this time it was again repaired and we were told that it won't happen again, but yes you guessed it, it did this time I was really fed up, phoned samsung and result brand new one coming next week plus food vouchers for £50 for ruined food, really pleased the new model looks far better then the that keeps breaking down.
